Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer



As Ryan’s Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer, Tom serves as guardian of the Ryan brand, leading the global marketing and communications efforts to strengthen and elevate the Firm among all stakeholders.

Mr. Gray brings more than 30 years of experience in consumer and business-to-business marketing as well as insights and analytics across a variety of industries. He joins Ryan after more than a decade at Interstate Batteries, where he most recently served as vice president of marketing, leading all marketing, public relations, and sponsorship strategies across its business-to-business, business-to-consumer, and distributor channels.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in advertising from The University of Texas at Austin.
